How Water Works: An Interactive Tour
Take a virtual tour and learn how water is collected, treated and used in
a typical water supply system. Your tour will begin with the reservoir and
wells and continue through a water filtration plant, to the distribution system,
into customers' homes and end at the wastewater plant. View video
Middlesex Water hosts free educational workshops for teachers in NJ in grades
K-12. This day-long workshop, in coordination with New Jersey Project WET
(Water Education for Teachers) is designed to promote awareness, appreciation
and stewardship of water resources. Educators receive certificates for six
professional development credits and a 500-page curriculum activity guide.
