Change Of Address
Before you move to a new location, either inside or outside our service area, please notify our Customer Service Department so that we can arrange for a final meter reading and send you a final bill for your old account. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before moving. If you are moving into the service area, please contact us in advance so that we may open a new account for you.
When calling Customer Service, please have the following information readily available:
- Your service address.
- The date you wish to close or open your account.
- The mailing address for your final bill.
- Your current telephone number.
Also, be sure to notify Customer Service if you change your name for any reason.
