Walter G. Reinhard

WALTER G. REINHARD, age 62, became a director of the Company in 2002. He is a Partner of the law firm of Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. of Bridgewater, New Jersey, since 1984. Mr. Reinhard serves as a Director of the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA. Mr. Reinhard is Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and a Member of the Capital Improvement Committee and the Pension Committee.
